Connie passed away peacefully with family by her side at Fairview Personal Care Home on Friday, December 12, 2025.
Connie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Dan of 29 years, 3 daughters, 1 son, multiple grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and her many friends at Fairview.
A special thank you to the nurses and staff on the 2nd floor at Fairview for their incredible care they gave to Connie.
A memorial service will take place at a later date.
